Artist Label

From our research we have found that our artist should be signed to 'Big Beat', a label

company that has signed Knife Party. We believe our artist should be signed to this

label because their music criteria is very similar and both artist appeals to the same

audience.

We also looked at other labels our artist could be signed to such as Spinning Records and Astralwerks. Spinning Records does not sign Dj's who can't remix, where as Astralwerks looks at original artists, at first we considered Spinning Labels but this company is to mainstream and does not fit with our artists personality, we try to build a very unique fan base and a unique EDM mix. Our artist is not any artists such as Martin Garrix, who makes his mixes through algorithems, our artist is unique and his music is his passion.

This is why we chose to got with the Big Beat label:

Founded: 1987

Notable Releases: Flux Pavilion - "Starlight" / Knife Party - "Centipede"

Big Beat has actualy been around for a while, starting out in 1987 as a hip-hop imprint, but with a new vision came new changes, and over the last few years, Big Beat has assembled a forward-thinking group of producers that includes Skrillex, Flux Pavilion, DJ Chuckie, Doctor P, Knife Party, and other Warner-associated EDM acts, giving them the edge musically (and the financial push) to make a serious impact on the EDM scene going forward.
